disabling tooltip only when hovering over someone

So there seems to be a slight issue with the tooltip feature of SUI.

I want the debuff tooltips to show all of the time , but I use tiptac to show actual player tooltips. ie when hovering the mouse over someone or something, I want that gone. It seems that's not possible right now. Is there any future plans to disable the tooltips. I find it a bit odd that when you disable tooltip, it gets rid of ALL tooltips. Even debuff tooltips.
