Upgrade to latest Daml Finance version

The versions of the Daml Finance DAR files used in the depenedencies.conf file are out of date. We should update them to the latest version but this will require some re-work due to breaking changes in Daml Finance such as use of contract keys for the Factories and changes in the InstrumentKey type.

One of the issues caused by using this older version of Daml Finance is that a party can take delivery of a Holding into an account that uses the wrong type of Holding Factory. For example, they could take delivery of a Holding of an SBT instrument, but into an Account that uses the Fungible Holding Factory, resulting in a fungible version of this asset.
