rutorrent has not been upgraded for DSM 6 support yet...

While not being upgraded for DSM 6 is true (as far as I can tell) I have been using v3.7-8 for sometime on my DS1812+ running DSM 6.2.
I got the package from here https://synocommunity.com/package/rutorrent, but I see my cedarvview architecture listed and not your Denverton architecture.
However I recently loaded the v3.8-1 version and I've been having problems with https trackers while http still works fine.

Yeah, same here. It is really sad that nobody updated the package. I'm on DS918+.
