So that every single Abaco actor image doesn't have to be publicly accessible, add support for authenticated access to Docker registries.

Not pushing, but while we're at it (if it's not obvious) we should include support for registries beyond Docker Hub.

Proposal: We start by restricting this to Gitlab running in same tenant as the Abaco instance.
