Presentation Exchange: Return resulting claim(s) from a presentation submission

After validating a presentation submission against a presentation definition/request we should return a set of the processed claims associated with the input descriptor(s) they've fulfilled.

It will be necessary to run additional processing logic on these claims, such as verify they are from a certain issuer, they are not expired, or doing external checks like for credential status.
