使用PicGo来上传图片，Neeto-Vue的本体将只保留为知官方图片服务的上传能力，摒弃其他冗余的上传方式。

使用PicGo也会带一些问题：

  • 必须要保证PicGo的服务是正常运作的
  • 必须要保证本机的对应端口可以被访问。

本地图片可以使用一个私有协议来访问

实现了本地文件显示，使用PicGo上传服务，暂时不支持使用为知官方的图片服务
