[request] Support sorting/reordering platforms

IMO alphabetical platforms is not intuitive. I want eg all Sega platforms chronological. Please allow a way to custom sort or reorder platforms.

If you press the little pencil button on the platform/game system (bottom right), you can rename the short name yourself. It will then change the order to your liking

the other issue here is the 'short name' is user visible. it's used in the small tabs on the bottom. So a naming scheme for sorting will look dopey. Like Nintendo consoles before handhelds before Atari might look like: a1986-NES, b1989-GB, b1998-GBC, c1979ATARI. Or i can explicitly number then 1-NES, 2-GB, but if I decide I want to insert a new platform i have to update all of the indices
