Episodes not being marked as colleted

I have a had full of episodes that PlexTraktSync refuse to mark as collected on Trakt. What's the best way to trouble shoot this. I look at the logs and all I see is the show being removed from the trakt.

So, I think this has to do with Plex having bad TMDB IDs

If I under stand correctly plex thinnks episode 26 is TMDB id 3137864, This is wrong as the episode does not exist on TMDB. But the TVDB ids are correct. both show 5690181.... any way to fix this? IDK why plex would have a TMDB id if the episode does not exist.

My preference would be for PlexTraktSync to remove items that are not collected. This helps identify when TMDB/Trakt make changes to seasons. If i have clear_collected: true, then these episodes get marked as uncollected. I've set that fag to false, for now, but it would be better if i could have clear_collected: true and PlexTraktSync sync these episodes.

Ideally I could have clear_collected: true, have place holder episodes for when trakt is using TVDB and doesn't match TMDB, and have PlexTraktSync update everything.

It works when Plex doesn't pull these bad TMDB ids. IDK if there is a way to remove the TMDB from plex.

PlexTraktSync uses tmdb ids in priority to match episodes.
So if there is a tmdb id on a Plex episode, it doesn't try the tvdb id.

I think we can't.

After reading the external ids provided by trakt API for this show, I see trakt made a mistake with tmdb ids. They are all offset by 1 or 2.
Therefore, whatever you try to do with PTS, it will handle wrong Fraggle Rock episodes.

I wrote a report on trakt.tv and asked them to fix it.

I've got a hand full of other shows in the same boat. Any suggestions for how to push these to the top of the list for Trakt to migrate over? I assume they don't take kindly to being bugged to move over shows. Doesn't help that I'm having trouble loggin into the support site.

For sync issues, it's not always trakt fault.
As explained in readme, the first thing is to check episodes ordering in Plex and look for unmatched episodes.
After that, check on tmdb website and update shows/seasons yourself if it's missing.
(Trakt constantly updates movies/shows data from tmdb database)

Then if it's wrong on trakt, send a report on trakt.tv.
