Update Kotlin to 1.6.10

• Update Kotlin 1.5.31 -> 1.6.10 (changelog (As far as I know, there's nothing stopping us from doing this. Please correct me if this is not the case. I only know of this, which was fixed with Fix build on Apple Silicon macs #7782.)
• Update ktlint 0.43.2 -> 0.44.0 (changelog)
• Update Checkstyle 9.2.1 -> 9.3 (changelog)

The APK can be found by going to the "Checks" tab below the title. On the left pane, click on "CI", scroll down to "artifacts" and click "app" to download the zip file which contains the debug APK of this PR.

@litetex Yeah I got that too. I couldn't find anything related in the project, so it might be an internal ktlint thing.
