downloaded files

I wanan know where do the downloaded files go, just in case i wanted to format my phone how can i back up all the downloaded songs and what quality are they downloaded at i usually prefer 320KBPS

and for the issue i am having when i try access my account songs it just keeps loading, it shows the playlists indeed but stuck at loading whenever i try to access any of my playlists
