Before submitting a new icon contribution, please confirm the following:

• I have searched all issues to make sure there isn't a request for this icon.
• I have searched the current library to make sure the icon doesn't already exist.
• I understand that brand icons are no longer being added and I can use SimpleIcons for my brand icon needs.
• I have followed the Material guidelines for system icons.

Tell us about your contribution.

I couldn't find any garbage cans (those that are emptied by the garbage collection service). I designed a opened and closed one and each of them solid and outlined. Useful for e.g. waste collection schedules.
