window版无法导出MP4

win/mp4edit 应该是这个命令执行失败了，你可以本地cmd运行下这个命令，看看是否能运行

缺失VCRUNTIME140_1.dll文件导致，可以在别人电脑上拷贝或上网下载，也可以网上搜索下这个问题，网上有解决方法
