DatePicker widget

For those who are interested, I created a DatePicker for one of my Textual applications:

The following features are planned to be implemented soon:

• Select month/year by dropdown list when clicking/selecting month or year
• Mouse interaction (partially working) and some other interaction (close on blur, esc, etc.)

I'm happy to receive feedback and plan more features if needed (like additional time selection).
