see if its possible to move the entire webtorrent process to a service worker thread for optimization and possibly to download and seed when the site is closed?

this isnt easily possible since sw doesnt fully support the wrtc functions wt uses, would need to modify wt and make a custom implementation for it... fuck that shit
w3c/webrtc-pc#230
