Problem with the type returned by Action

Before, you can use the action created with the .action method for forms, but now you can't use it because it gives a similar error:

I know about execute, but using it makes no sense in my case because I wanted to make a backing for progressive enhancement, and the hook I'm using useHookFormAction and the one under the hood, it doesn't work with js disabled, which means execute won't work either (I checked).

The action itself works fine with js disabled, but this type error is stressful
