Is it possible to have more details about you idea? Actually you can add any tag you want.
I'm not sure to understand what you mean by "Custom tags".

I will add that you can use custom tags within a case but also at the observable-level.

What I was thinking is that the Tags as such should maybe not be as "free text" as they are now, but rather that you have a set of tags that you add and then make use of...

Thanks @mfosse71 for clarifying your feature request. This has been on our roadmap for sometime and we hope to get around to implementing it in the not-so-far future.

There will be two sorts of tags:

• global, admin defined tags which can be leveraged by users through auto-complete (no drop down list)
• custom tags as we currently have where any user can 'supercharge' the global tags to their likings.

@nadouani As mentioned in #31 by @derDuffy, we must ensure that the global, admin defined tags must be made sticky to the template and must not be editable at the case-level by a non-admin user.
