As a user, I want to be able to use PixelBlaze LED controllers

This should be relatively straight forward as there is already a python library for interfacing with PixelBlaze.

The main question here is how to add installs to the requirements.txt as I can imagine with more backends being added, this list might end up growing quite substantially.
