Bug: No run distance data available in same time slot when speed is available. #103

This looks like an error. The train is moving in this time slot https://goingunderground.herokuapp.com/signals/train-speed/2016-02-01T09:00:00.000+00:00/2016-02-01T10:00:00.000+00:00? but there is no data for "run distance" https://goingunderground.herokuapp.com/signals/train-run-distance/2016-02-01T09:00:00.000+00:00/2016-02-01T10:00:00.000+00:00 . Thanks.

This is due to Heisenberg's uncertainty principle
