What exactly is this?

Does this allow you to play Galactic Conquest on Battlefront 2 (2005) online with other people? If so, is it working/finished and how can I use it? I can't seem to find any information about this online.

That was the goal. We didn't get very far unfortunately.

Ok cool. How far did you guys get? I was thinking about looking in to this myself. Seems like it should be possible using a seperate app to handle picking bonuses, selecting planets etc and then just modify the playlist for a SWBF2 server based on what was chosen. I'm guessing this was your approach? Although, it looks like you also found a way to embed this app in swbf2 which is pretty cool!

Yeah that was pretty much our approach.

Galactic Conquest running outside of the game for multiplayer, etc, then launching the game with a paired SWBF2 mod that runs the bonuses and stuff and normal conquest gameplay.

Medsouz was reverse engineering the game and we were hoping to use that to launch the game straight into multiplayer and modify bonuses/game values directly instead of messing with servers/configs/mods.

I would love to finish it one day but I doubt it'll happen, haha. I wish spare time and motivation was an infinite resource.
