Thoughts about function calling?

Hey guys,

I love this tool and I'm always looking for ways to increase my productivity with AI and I've been loving the function calling aspect of the models. I'm wondering if there might be any scope in this project for that kind of integration, like executing pre-written or generated shell scripts if you ask it to get something done for you.

Perhaps this is more suited to a project more linked to automated workflows as opposed to 'one-shot' tasks. Just some food for thought. Be great to hear what others think
