Issue templates

I've noticed there's a lot of issues. A lot. An issue Template with information about server errors and similar outside issues aswell as a short explanation that AI isn't magic and for example asking for Dall-E images won't work could be very helpful.
Having a link to disussions for feature requests there would also reduce the amount of new issues.

There's also a bunch of unclosed but resolved issues. Maybe an info to close your issue once you're done in the issue template, or even one of those fancy bots would help reduce those.
