Clarify language around "Entity" and "Contact"

Dr. Rice and I spent a fair amount of time trying to find where the "Entity" was created for asset management. It turns out, it is actually called a "Contact" in the English version. We should clarify the language used to refer to this field in the Asset Management to either say "Contact" or change the "Contact" module to be "Entity".
