[Feature Request] For Controllers please add R stick sensitivity slider in GTA4.

What should happen

In GTA 4 the right stick camera movement is too slow while on foot imo. Please add a slider that allows us to speed it up or slow it down like in GTA 5 Third Person Look Around Sensitivity controller setting.

I hope this is not going to get closed as out of plans because it's something that really bothers me and I think that us controller enjoyers deserve some love as well.
The camera is very slow even on the high preset and it's really sluggish. I hope something can be done about it.
A slider with 0 - 10 for sensitivity would be great. Separated into aiming and look around would be even better.
