Describe the bug
Right now there is no way for players to get golden bars.

Expected behavior
In the Prison Life game golden bars can be obtained by mining dirt. However, for this playable version of the game it should be obtainable in containers arrond the map.

Additional context
It's probability should be a bit lower than copper probability.
