action to inspect chord from track panel #13

I'd like to have an action which does the following:

remember the current position in the project
iterate over all tracks and their MIDI items at the current position
gather all the MIDI notes active at this position
try to inspect a chord that is similar to the note's intervals and guess which chord it is / which notes are missing to complete it
