The workflow fails due to an issue with oss cad suite:

Setting up oss-cad-suite
Getting download URL for oss-cad-suite-linux-x64
Error: Unable to get download URL for oss-cad-suite package

It previously worked, so could be related to some breaking change or bug in the YosysHQ/setup-oss-cad-suite action.

@mattvenn can you please take a look when you get back from vacation?
