Terms of Service for Stockpiler

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Stockpiler Discord bot ("Stockpiler," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
2. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms here. Your continued use of Stockpiler after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Services Stockpiler provides a service through Discord that processes commands and provides functionalities related to these commands. You acknowledge that the form and nature of the Services we provide may change without prior notice to you.
5. User Responsibilities You are responsible for your use of the Bot and for any consequences thereof. You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
6. Limitations on Use You may not (and may not permit any third party to): copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service or any part thereof.
7. Intellectual Property Stockpiler and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stockpiler and its licensors.
8. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Indemnity You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stockpiler and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses.

Limitation Of Liability In no event shall Stockpiler, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Stockpiler regarding our Service, superseding any prior agreements we might have had regarding the Service.
13. No Waiver No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Stockpiler's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
