First Release

This release contains the minimum library functionalities to make this library usable. We allow for get requests, redirects, routing, rendering HTML, rendering from files, rendering paths, starting the app, and configuration for content target, ignored routes, forbidden routes, and error pages. The release also includes a basic example for others to see tApp syntax in the wild.
