Suggestion: join date

Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:
Maybe a feature where we can see the residents join date like the joining of the town date. I don't see a use but while I was playing on a towny server and wanted to know a residents join date I thought of this, maybe even make a option where only mayors could see it or everyone in the server could see it.

Maybe something like

mayors: true
anyone who has the permission node towny.town.joindate can see anyones join date but only their towns

permission node either gets invalid or actually I think making it invalid would be better or if the permission node is used on every rank then idk it might be confusing and stuff so ya if its false I think it would be good to make the permission node valid and let anyone see anyones join date of a town like
in /res you could put a text like
Joined the town %town% at (date)
or
He's been at %town% for Xd Xh Xs
