Please explain your feature request to the best of your abilities:

Currently conquered towns cannot grief nation zones of their conquerors. Which is good.

Can we disable the grief of the Conquering towns to the conquered town in their nation zone.

Basically disable all nation zone access for anyone related by conquering.
