  1. Technology - gives a bird's eye view of the software stack.
  2. naturalis/treebase-artifact - contains pre-compiled artifacts.
  3. naturalis/role_treebase - provisioning a web application server.
  4. INSTALL.md - setting up a data loading environment.
  5. Data access - APIs for data access and retrieval.
  6. supertreebase - pipelines that access the API.
  7. LOADING.md - importing TreeBASE v.1 files.
