[Feature Request] Allow disabling Gnome Notification on Clear History

There's a "Show Notification on Copy" option, which allows us to enable/disable a Gnome Notification when something is copied from the clipboard.

Please add a "Show Notification on Clear History" option, so that we can disable the Gnome Notification "Clipboard History Cleared" when using the Clear History option from the Extension dropdown.

@Tudmotu Is there a reason this notification exists in the first place? Clearing the history is triggered by an explicit user action and happens synchronously, so posting a notification seems unnecessary.
