Only the latest version of oasdiff is available via brew #1

This is specifically problematic with the latest releases being minors/patches against v1. There is no way to install the v2 through brew right now.

Hi @timothympace
Oasdiff move to v2 was aborted (see Tufin/oasdiff#318).
We will remain on v1,so the version you install from brew is the latest.
Please let me know if I missed something.
