The /v1/follows endpoint was removed. To follow a remote user, it is the same as following a local user. Then, `FollowsResources` is no useful anymore. See: mastodon/documentation@fb8ff63#diff-09f2c00f7872304c56d60bb926df6498 Fix #1277
