Incorrect Spacing for Empty Lines in Block Definitions

When calling a method and defining a block parameter inline, empty lines are not given the appropriate amount of leading space after running uncrustify. For example, the third line inside the block below will either have 0 or not enough leading space.

[self doSomethingAwesomeWithName:@"Mike"
               completionHandler:^(BOOL success) {
                   // (1)
                   // (2)

                   // (4)
}];
