Feature request: Support for Multi-root Workspaces

Hi,
Firstly thank you for this extension.
A few month ago, VS Code added multi-root workspace feature. This extension still only open a terminal for the first root. It would be great if this extension would ask for a directory of a new terminal of the current workspace is multi-root.
