Change "allow autoplay" setting to "force autoplay"

@ibrahimk157 suggested in #695 that we have an option to force autoplay when downloading. We have an option to allow autoplay (versus always downloading without auto playing).

I thought it would be more helpful to have the setting be converted to "force autoplay" instead. But I'll put it up to a poll just in case :)
