Trouble hosting my own Node.js server

Hi all, I've been struggling to successfully host my own Node.js server on platforms like Heroku and Render. Anyone else tried this before? Connecting from Unity client and trying out Test-NetConnection, the Server seems to not acknowledge my TCP requests.

I've effectively only changed this in app.js per requirements of Heroku/Render:

roomServer = new RoomServer();
roomServer.addStatusStream(nconf.get('roomserver:statusLogFile'));
roomServer.addServer(new WrappedTcpServer(tcpConfig));

Oddly to me, on both platforms, TCP connections are coming from localhost continuously:
