it seems too high currently and we should discuss reducing, or even eliminating - this was originally added because of fear that dolutegravir would increase risk of diabetes and non-AIDS death and so we wanted to make sure we considered a worst case scenario. I've not seen any evidence of increased non-AIDS death since dtg intoduced but we can monitor the literature.
