The C++ Object-Oriented Prorgamming material is missing learning outcomes which shoud be added to assist learners (and trainers) in being clear on the intended outcomes of each section of the material.

In some cases, the outcomes will be similar to (or the same as) those for the equivalent Python section of the material which does have learning outcomes and they can therefore be copied across.
