It's something like

    apptainer {

        apptainer.enabled       = true

        apptainer.autoMounts    = true

        conda.enabled           = false

        docker.enabled          = false

        singularity.enabled     = false

        podman.enabled          = false

        shifter.enabled         = false

        charliecloud.enabled    = false

    }
