Pages are not found because the links generated are relative to the /FrEDI/FrEDI/ working directory, not /FrEDI/. These paths are built automatically by pkgdown and I haven't found a way to change them :/

Consolidating into a running list of outstanding github IO site items:

1. github.io not linking correctly (automatic links added to pages by pkgdown are broken because they don't point to the top level repo folder, but folders within the /FrEDI folder)
2. Add a 'how to contribute page' to FrEDI IO site.
3. Finish adding SV analysis examples on the 'Example 2' page
