ISIS version(s) affected: 4.0.0

Description
The link for "About Qview" fails.

Firefox can’t find the file at /usgs/cpkgs/anaconda3_linux/envs/isis4.0.0/doc/Application/presentation/PrinterFriendly/qview/qview.html.

This was in my shell:

Failed to open connection to "session" message bus: Using X11 for dbus-daemon autolaunch was disabled at compile time, set your DBUS_SESSION_BUS_ADDRESS instead
Running without a11y support!

Some other folks tested on their end and they didn't even get a pop up with any sort of message, so it's not just an internal thing as I was initially thinking.

How to reproduce

  • Launch qview
  • Help
  • About Qview

Additional context
Wasn't sure if this would be considered a bug or documentation issue, so feel free to change.
This file has information about shortcuts and other useful things a user might be interested in. I was about to point a new user to this info when I discovered it wasn't available. Not sure when it broke.

Possibly a separate post, but there are broken images on the qview online documentation: https://isis.astrogeology.usgs.gov/Application/presentation/Tabbed/qview/qview.html

This is likely caused by the documentation not being bundled in with the release anymore. I'm not very familiar with the Qapp about code but it probably needs to be updated to point to our website instead of a local file.
