An update PR tot he documentation restructuring.

Description

This PR is doing three things; updating the Get Inspired User Documentation wording, creating the side bar updates, and removing the 'About Isis' page because we moved that information to the homepage.

I'm going to wait on page content review until we get this and the redirect merged. So, the new sidebar looks good and removing the aboutISIS page looks correct.
