    • Establish storage platform

    • Establish discovery platform
    • Accumulating a corpus of reference data

Another candidate could actually be documentation. However, having this as the label documentation How things (are supposed to) work may well be enough, so sticking with that for the moment.

I have renamed

into "Private beta"
and added
https://github.com/UVA-DSI/Open-Data-Lab/projects/3
for the "Public beta".
