The current spectral confocal implementation is based off of qt3utils legacy code and will not be supported in the future. It is additionally tied to the qt3scan application which should be depreciated in later versions of this code, and has not been updated to have the newer, user-friendly features of qdlscan.

A new spectral confocal application should be made (which is kept separate from qdlscan but can use the same structure).
