Upgrade to fit the latest UW thesis formatting requirement?

Hi,

The formatting requirement seems to have changed now https://grad.uw.edu/for-students-and-post-docs/thesisdissertation/etd-formatting-guidelines/. The latest UW formatting samples have much wider spacing between the lines and a narrower margin to the page borders. I showed the difference for the abstract page. The same is true for the title page, too. Could you upgrade the current latex template to fit the latest formatting requirement?
