mapper node updates

  • Should involve porting over code from last years mapping except now
  • Creating occupancy grid from lidar data + camera data
  • Implement synchronized policy: Only update map once we get callback from new lidar data + camera data to make sure map is only updated once we have enough data

Andrew spent a lot of time working on this already for last year's competition
