Are these options currently not implemented? if implemented, how can I use this?

-n is supported through WithDisabledDNSResolution
--defeat-XXX-ratelimit these options are not implemented as of yet. You can use the WithMinRate/WithMaxRate options to achieve a similar effect manually, IIRC, or add them by contributing to this repository 👍
