需求描述

根据文档 YouTube 音源需要部署在 Google 认定的非中国大陆区域 IP 地址。

可否读取 HTTP_PROXY 、 HTTPS_PROXY 给 yt-dlp --proxy URL 设定参数，再另行部署科学服务，就可以在大陆使用 YouTube 音源了。
